Perlas looking to hold bubble training in Baguio

Perlas is set to have a bubble training in Baguio to prepare for the upcoming 2021 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference.

This as the Games and Amusements Board has inspected the St. Vincent Gym in Naguillan Road, Baguio. Also inspected by the agency’s pro volleyball division head Reginald Capadera is the team’s accommodation venue.

Perlas had initially trained with Choco Mucho and Creamline in Ronac Mandaluyong. However, when NCR-plus was put under Enhanced Community Quarantine last April, they had to stop training.

Since then, the Flying Titans and the Cool Smashers held a training bubble in St. Paul American School in Clark Freeport Zone from April 27 to May 23.

Perlas is hoping to get approval from the Inter-agency Task Force this week.

The team’s key acquisitions from the off-season were Cherry Nunag, Gel Cayuna, Thang Ponce, Jellie Tempiatura, and Cza Carandang.

Perlas is looking to better its third place finish from the 2019 Open Conference.
