Gomez de Liaño’s commitment was significant to the Growling Tigers since they are rebuilding in the wake of several departures.

Despite taking part in a rebuild, Gomez de Liaño feels excited for what lies ahead.

“I feel I can improve my skills and character with the coaching staff, management, and my teammates,” the 18-year-old big guard shared to Tiebreaker Times.

“I feel like it’s my destiny and I’m really excited to be a part of this journey.”

According to Manansala, Gomez de Liaño will wear jersey no. 6. Mark Nonoy previously wore the number previously; he left for La Salle last year.
