Blackwater has pulled off another move in line with its rebuild.
On Tuesday, the Bossing has traded Mike Tolomia to Alaska in exchange for veteran guard Jvee Casio and sophomore big man Barkley Ebona.
Head coach Arial Vanguardia confirmed the development to Tiebreaker TImes, although the deal is still waiting for approval from the league.
