Hack-a-V33NUS does not work as Blacklist whips Execration in MPL-PH

Johnmar “OhMyV33NUS” Villaluna was not to be denied as Blacklist International handed Execration with a 2-0 beating in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League-Philippines Season Seven tournament, Friday.

Execration pulled a ‘Hack-a-V33NUS’ in the series by using most of their bans to cancel out the Blacklist International support, but the former ONIC PH captain managed to pick up the Mathilda in both games which propelled Blacklist to a 2-0 standing.

OhMyV33NUS dished out 10 assists and three kills against five deaths in Blacklist International’s 20-16 Game One victory. He followed it up with a 1-3-9 tally in the 13-9 Game Two win.

With the win, Blacklist International (2-0) holds the top spot in Group A with five points.MPL-PH-7-Blacklist-def-Execration-Game-1 Hack-a-V33NUS does not work as Blacklist whips Execration in MPL-PH ESports Mobile Legends MPL-PH News - philippine sports news

Banking on Kiel “OHEB” Soriano’s Harith and Edward “Edward” Dapadap’s Benedetta, Blacklist International had an almost-perfect outing to seal the 1-0 advantage over Execration.

A five-man wipe in the lord pit entering the 10-minute mark of the match put the Tier One-backed squad ahead big time. But what really sealed the deal for Blacklist International is Edward’s late-game pickoff on Patrick “E2MAX” Caidic (Popol and Kupa) over at the top lane.

Edward, who posted a 7-1-6 stat line with his Benedetta, nabbed MVP honors in Game One.MPL-PH-7-Blacklist-def-Execration-Game-2 Hack-a-V33NUS does not work as Blacklist whips Execration in MPL-PH ESports Mobile Legends MPL-PH News - philippine sports news

After Blacklist International took down the lord in the 11:42-mark of Game Two, Execration to make a run for Danerie “Wise” Del Rosario’s Yi Sun-shin to try and soften the blow.

But a nice save from OhMyV33NUS’ Mathilda kept Wise alive and turned Execration’s ambush attempt to complete pandemonium, and later on, their demise.

Wise won MVP in Game Two with six kills and four assists against two deaths.

Execration (1-1), who won its debut match against Omega Esports, moved down to the third spot in Group B with three markers.

Blacklist International looks to make it three in a row against Laus Playbook Esports on Saturday, at 6 p.m. while Execration looks to shrug off the loss as they face BREN Esports at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
