ECHO unveils star-studded MPL team

It looks like ECHO made the most of its offseason break.

On Tuesday afternoon, the organization announced a massive signing spree led by M2 World Championship MVP Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno, Tuesday afternoon..

Aside from the former Bren Esports superstar, ECHO also picked up former Nexplay Esports star Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera and TNC standout Frediemar “3MarTzy” Serafico.

Also returning to the scene is Ashley “Killuash” Cruz, who took a one-season break from the MPL.

The quintet will be joining holdovers Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales, Christian “Rafflesia” Fajura, Rion “Rk3” Kudo, Jankurt “KurTzy” Matira, Mark “Hadess” Lazaro, and Aaron “Aaronqt” Lim in the roster.

ECHO ended Season Eight at the 5th-6th place after losing to Omega Esports in the first round of the playoffs.

The organization has since released Jay “Jaymeister” Torculas, Joshua “Aspect” Tating, Samuel “Invoker” Cruz, and Kenneth “FlySolo” Coloma.
