Petro Gazz unveiled its first key pick-up of the off-season.
Middle blocker Seth Rodriguez signed for the Angels for the upcoming 2021 PVL Season.
The team confirmed the signing through its social media accounts.
This means that Rodriguez, 22, has foregone her eligibility in University of the East. The 5-foot-8 middle blocker still had one year left in the UAAP.
Rodriguez was part of Marinerang Pilipina in the 2019 PSL Season.
She also played for PVL club Tacloban in 2017.
Petro Gazz recently let go of 5-foot-7 outside hitter Jonah Sabete; middle blockers 6-foot Jeanette Panaga and 5-foot-11 Cherry Nunag; 5-foot-9 opposite hitter Kai Nepomuceno-Baloaloa; and 5-foot-8 outside hitter Jovie Prado.
